🎯 create a buffer before and after meetings to prepare and follow up - this makes sure you get the most out of meetings and that they lead to actions (not just words!)

🎯have outcome based agendas - so instead of a vague topic (‘opening’) have a specific goal (‘decide timeline for opening’)

🎯create a ‘car park’ for off topic ideas - this is a physical place such as a whiteboard that you write things that need addressing outside the meeting. Helps stay on track and avoids going off on tangents.
