Intentions

Back in January, I set an intention to make more S P A C E in my life. Rather than a narrow + goal driven resolution, an INTENTION is flexible, heart felt + purpose driven. I did not know where it would take me. Here are a few highlights from what's happened so far

1. I start work at 1 pm on Mondays, Monday mornings I am in the sauna*
2. I planned my maximum amount of holiday and booked it in for the whole year in Jan
3. I've said no to opportunities, work, earning money, things I want to do, so there's more downtime*
4. I'm meditating most mornings - not all, but most
5. I'm spending more time in nature and have done quite a few days of hiking

*Bits of this were a stretch for me - especially the working less and saying no part

You can set an intention at any time. At the start of the day, the month, on your birthday, before an important event or conversation. Or even right now...

Some questions to help:

💭 What matters most to me right now?
💭 What do I want more of in my life?
💭 What word(s) would I like to align myself with?
💭 How can I be at my best and express my true self?
